Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and team members
  • Willingness to learn and develop cooking and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • At least 16 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and cleanliness
  • Support team members and collaborate effectively to maintain smooth operations
  • Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Learn and apply cooking skills with enthusiasm and dedication
  • Participate in training programs to develop job competencies and career growth
