Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Commitment to follow company policies and procedures
  • Pass background check if required
  • Eligibility to work legally in the country of employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly dining atmosphere
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain cleanliness and safety
  • Assist in training new team members and support team collaboration
  • Handle orders efficiently to ensure timely service
  • Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
  • Operate cash registers and process digital tips accurately
