Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Pass background checks if applicable
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare food items by hand following Chipotle's recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas according to health and safety guidelines
- Assist with stocking and inventory as needed
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
