As a full-time crew member, you will engage with customers by greeting them, suggesting sales, and answering product-related questions. Recording customer orders accurately and efficiently is a key part of the role, as is managing customer flow through the serpentine area to ensure a smooth experience. You will be responsible for assembling food orders, serving beverages and desserts, accepting payments, and assisting customers with any questions or complaints. Additionally, the position involves retrieving raw food stock, preparing food items, maintaining clean and orderly dining and service areas, and strictly following all company policies and procedures to maintain safety and quality standards.
