Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and perform multiple restaurant tasks
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Must pass required background checks and pre-employment screenings
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for customer service
- Basic cooking skills or a desire to learn cooking
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare food fresh daily without use of freezers or microwaves
- Operate multiple restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work environment
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work culture
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure food quality and safety
- Participate in training programs and pursue opportunities for advancement
