Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to learn and perform multiple restaurant tasks
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Must pass required background checks and pre-employment screenings
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for customer service
  • Basic cooking skills or a desire to learn cooking
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare food fresh daily without use of freezers or microwaves
  • Operate multiple restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work environment
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work culture
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure food quality and safety
  • Participate in training programs and pursue opportunities for advancement
