Back-of-house responsibilities involve learning and safely operating equipment such as mixers, sheeters, and dicers, preparing all products according to portion and quality standards, mixing dough and preparing crusts, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the prep area. The Crew Member will also perform roles such as restocking supplies and dishwashing as directed by supervisors.
