Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Pass background checks as required
- Availability for full or part-time shifts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform fast-paced tasks
- Adherence to Chipotle’s health and safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand each day according to Chipotle’s standards
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Engage with customers and team members passionately to build community
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
