Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Willingness to learn how to cook extensively
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation and service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Prior experience in food service or customer service roles advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and a team-oriented attitude
- Capability to learn food preparation and cooking techniques
- Basic math and cash handling skills beneficial
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day at assigned stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Assist in training new crew members
- Participate in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs enthusiastically
