Job Description

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG) is a global leader in the fast-casual dining industry, renowned for its commitment to serving responsibly sourced, classically cooked, real food. Founded with the mission to cultivate a better world, Chipotle has redefined the fast-food experience by prioritizing wholesome ingredients without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Operating restaurants across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, Chipotle stands out as the only major restaurant company in its sector to own and operate all its North American and European locations directly. This hands-on ownership allows Chipotle to deliver consistent quality, outstanding customer service, and to innovate effectively in the realms of digital technology, sustainable business practices, and food accessibility.

As a people-first company rooted in strong values, Chipotle is dedicated to creating not only nutritious meals but also a rewarding workplace culture that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a passionate team driven by a shared sense of purpose, Chipotle invests heavily in training and career growth, empowering employees starting at any level to grow into meaningful, long-term careers. The company’s mission extends beyond food, aiming to inspire conversations and support efforts to shift the future of farming and food.

The opportunity at Chipotle offers a vibrant and inclusive environment where employees feel valued and encouraged to contribute to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for customers. Whether you have previous experience or are new to the workforce, Chipotle provides exceptional training that builds confidence to work across various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The company fosters a dynamic culture where over 80% of managers rise through the ranks from crew roles, highlighting substantial career advancement prospects.

Employees enjoy competitive compensation, digital tips, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. Moreover, Chipotle supports its team members’ educational goals with tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 per year. Seasonal holiday closures, paid time off, free meals during shifts, and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities enhance the overall work-life balance.

Chipotle values a friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for helping and serving others—both customers and team members alike. Bringing a desire to learn cooking skills and being at least 16 years old is essential for joining the team. Effective communication in the primary language(s) of the work location is also required.
