Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- obtain necessary food handler certifications if required by local regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with training and supporting new team members
- handle transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- contribute to team efforts to meet restaurant operating goals
