Unlike positions directly controlled by McDonald's USA, this particular role is managed by a licensed franchisee who operates the restaurant independently. The franchisee holds responsibility for all employment matters such as hiring, scheduling, and supervising employees. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old as per local labor laws
