As a Crew Member at Wendy's, your role is both dynamic and customer-facing, requiring you to handle various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant. Duties include greeting customers warmly as they enter, engaging in suggestive selling by answering questions about menu items, and accurately recording orders. You will help manage customer flow using organized staging areas, assemble food orders by selecting items from serving or storage areas, and ensure orders are completed with beverages and desserts as requested.

In addition to front-line customer service, crew members also assist in meal preparation, maintain cleanliness within the eating and serving areas, handle payment transactions, and address any customer questions or complaints effectively. This role demands adherence to all company policies and procedures, emphasizing teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Job Duties

  • Greets the customer
  • Suggestive sale and answer questions about products
  • Records the customer’s order
