The responsibilities of the In-Store Crew Member revolve around rapidly preparing Jimmy John’s signature sandwiches to meet consistent brand standards, delivering a quality product with precision and speed. Crew members assist customers directly inside the restaurant or over the phone, ensuring orders are processed accurately and with friendly, professional service. Maintaining a hospital level of cleanliness throughout the store is a critical function, supporting a safe and pleasant dining experience for guests. Crew members also prep food products as needed throughout their shifts, keeping inventory ready and organized for peak service times.
Training for this role is thorough and supportive, typically lasting two to three weeks.
