Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand in various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant station and dining area
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Participate in ongoing training to develop cooking and service skills
- Support company initiatives promoting sustainability and responsible sourcing
