Job Description

Founded with a vision to revolutionize the fast-food experience, Chipotle has consistently set itself apart by prioritizing quality, sustainability, and innovation. With locations across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, Chipotle remains the only restaurant company of its size that owns and operates all its restaurants in North America and Europe, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining high standards and consistent guest experiences.

Chipotle is much more than just a place to grab a quick meal; it's a movement towards better food accessibility and a more sustainable food system. The company actively supports efforts to shift the future of farming and food and fosters conversations about food quality, source transparency, and environmental responsibility. The brand’s dedication extends beyond its menu, permeating its digital advancements, technology initiatives, and sustainable business practices. Chipotle is passionate about its employees, striving to create an inclusive culture where diversity, equity, and inclusion are celebrated at all levels of the organization.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that values exceptional customer service, culinary craftsmanship, and a positive atmosphere. Chipotle provides comprehensive training across all restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, ensuring that every team member feels confident and skilled in their role. Whether you have previous experience in hospitality or food service or are new to the workforce, Chipotle is eager to welcome passionate, enthusiastic individuals who want to grow with the company.

Working at Chipotle is about more than just earning a paycheck; it is about building a rewarding career. Over 80% of Chipotle’s managers were promoted from crew members, reflecting the brand’s commitment to employee development and internal advancement. Team members enjoy opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment, designed to fit their lifestyle and career goals. Employees at Chipotle benefit from competitive compensation, paid time off, holiday closures, and a variety of insurance options, making it a stable and supportive place to build a career.

In addition to excellent benefits, Chipotle offers unique perks such as free food during shifts, digital tips, and tuition assistance covering up to 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 per year. These benefits highlight Chipotle’s dedication to employee wellbeing both inside and outside the workplace and enable team members to focus on what matters most: cultivating a better world through better food and better service.
