Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- pass background check as required
- comply with health and safety regulations
- willingness to participate in training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills

- ability to work as part of a team
- basic math skills
- passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- follow health and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- support team members and foster a positive work environment
- assist with stocking and inventory management
- participate in training to develop skills and knowledge about food preparation and service
