Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certification preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to build positive working relationships
- Team player mentality with positive attitude
- Basic math skills
- Regularly stand and walk during shifts
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping
- Lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Effectively read, speak, write and communicate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
- Basic math skills required
Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness to perform role by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and showing up at assigned time
- Prioritize and complete tasks that are critical to store operations
- Adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- Comply with all sanitation and safety standards
- Greet all guests to create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- Perform all tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
- Work all counter stations or other assigned stations
- Assist guests in making menu selections and handle club cards
- Wrap pizzas properly, repeat orders and give verbal baking instructions
- Present order within 3-minute door to door service time
- Assist guests with carrying pizzas and holding doors
- Follow proper cash, check, credit card, and food stamp transactions
- Follow void/refund procedures and process coupons and gift certificates
- Complete operating and safety knowledge of mixer, sheeter and dicer
- Make products following portion charts and job aids
- Store and rotate all products before and after prepping
- Mix dough to recipe and dough balls to standard
- Sheet, wrap, date and store crusts
- Perform duties of runner or dish person as directed by supervisor
