Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Pass background check as required
  • Must be able to perform job duties including standing for long periods
  • Willingness to participate in all required training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day
  • Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
  • Support team members and assist in daily operations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
