Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Pass background check as required
- Must be able to perform job duties including standing for long periods
- Willingness to participate in all required training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Support team members and assist in daily operations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
