Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- Capability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in the country
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a fast-food or customer service role is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Ability to stand and be active during shifts
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and support fellow crew members
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Prepare and serve food following Wendy’s brand standards and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant work areas
- Stand and move throughout the shift to meet operational needs
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Follow company policies and contribute to a positive work environment
