The Full-Time Crew Member role at Wendy’s requires individuals who are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced food service environment, focused on delivering customer satisfaction through various essential duties. As a crew member, your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, facilitating smooth customer flow through efficient staging in the serpentine area, taking and recording orders accurately, and assembling food items on serving trays or takeout bags. You will also be responsible for serving beverages and desserts, handling payments, and assisting customers with questions or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
Additionally, crew members will play an active part in food preparation by retrieving raw food stock and preparing items according to company standards. Maintaining orderliness in eating and serving areas is crucial to preserving the restaurant's cleanliness and adhering to safety policies. The position requires compliance with all company-issued policies and procedures to maintain the trusted Wendy’s brand reputation. Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
- Must be able to work in areas near high heat such as grills and fryers
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to perform basic math operations using American money and measurement units

Job Duties
- Greets the customer
