Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and lift weights between 25 to 50 pounds
- Capability to use a headset for taking orders and receiving directions
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as fryer, grill, slicer, and warmer
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately within established timeframes
- Ability to adapt to changing duties and handle additional tasks as assigned
- Completion of required training programs
- Ability to work under conditions involving noise, heat, and cold
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
- Take and accurately process customer orders using a headset or register
- Prepare menu items following quality and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist in stocking supplies and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
