Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to use headset for order taking and giving direction
  • Ability to operate general restaurant equipment such as warmers, fryers, slicers, and grills
  • Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties accurately within timeframes
  • Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold
  • Completion of all required training programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in fast food or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow company policies

Job Duties

  • Take customer orders using headset or register
  • Prepare menu items according to standards
  • Load and stock supplies as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Follow safety and food handling procedures
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
