Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
- Pass any required background checks and health screenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn and perform cooking and food preparation tasks
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Learn and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Participate in training sessions to gain skills and career advancement
- Support digital tipping processes and other technology-driven workflows
