Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
  • Pass any required background checks and health screenings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Ability to learn and perform cooking and food preparation tasks
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude toward customers and team members
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to uphold company values and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Learn and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
  • Participate in training sessions to gain skills and career advancement
  • Support digital tipping processes and other technology-driven workflows
  • Uphold Chipotle’s values in sustainability, quality, and community engagement
