Job Duties
- Prepare food items fresh daily by hand according to Chipotle's standards
- Operate multiple restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and career growth
