Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- Experience in customer service or food preparation beneficial but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Support team members and collaborate to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards strictly
- Participate in training sessions to develop cooking and service skills
- Uphold Chipotle’s standards of quality and sustainability in food preparation
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience
