Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service environment preferred
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks accurately within established time frames
- Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Take orders from customers, personally and from intercom system, interface with customers and provide top quality service
- Ensure all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
- Operate cash register according to cash operations policies
- Prepare, portion, and serve hot food orders per customer requests
- Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
- Assist in prepping restaurant for opening and closing
- Use headset to take customer orders or to take or give direction
