As a Crew Member, employees will engage in both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks that ensure smooth store operations. On the front of the house, Crew Members greet customers warmly, assist with menu selections, handle phone and online orders, process payments accurately, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. They will also encourage additional sales by informing guests about specials and handling club card promotions. In the back of the house, Crew Members learn and perform food preparation duties such as mixing dough, preparing pizza crusts, wrapping pizzas, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards. The position requires attentiveness to detail, quick learning capabilities, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Safety and cleanliness are paramount in this role, requiring Crew Members to comply with all sanitation guidelines, perform routine cleaning tasks, and ensure proper storage and rotation of food products to maintain quality. Physical demands include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, handle duties that require bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Training and development are supported, with a preference given to candidates holding a Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe Certification, although these are not mandatory.
