This job opportunity is for a Crew Member position at one of WKS Restaurant Group’s Wendy’s franchise locations. As a Crew Member, your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service that not only meets but exceeds guests' expectations in a fast and orderly fashion while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards. The role involves welcoming and greeting customers warmly, answering questions about menu items, and encouraging suggestive sales to enhance the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for accurately recording orders, managing the flow of customers in the serpentine lines to prevent congestion, and preparing food items efficiently to ensure timely service.

In addition to front-of-house duties such as serving drinks, desserts, and handling payments, Crew Members also assist in maintaining clean and orderly dining and serving areas. The position requires teamwork to retrieve and manage raw food stock, support food preparation activities, and adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures. Job Requirements

No prior experience or training required
Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Must have ability to write simple correspondence
Must be able to add and subtract two digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
Must be able to perform mathematical operations using units of American money, weight measurement, volume, and distance
Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
Must be able to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
Must be 16 years old or older
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to figure, handle and feel
Must be able to reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds at a time
Must be able to work in high heat environments from grill and fryer equipment
Must be able to work with cooking oils and other materials typically used in preparing fast food products
Must adhere to all company policies and procedures

Job Duties

Greets the customer
Suggestive sale and answer questions about products
Records the customer’s order
Stages customers in serpentine area to maintain a smooth customer flow
Selects requested food items from serving or storage areas and assembles items on serving tray or in takeout bag
Serves cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts
Receives payment
Assists customers with questions or complaints
Retrieves raw food stock and places at appropriate station for preparation
Performs duties to prepare food
Maintains orderly eating and serving areas
Ensures that he or she follows all company issued policies and procedures
