Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Willingness to learn and perform multiple food preparation tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following food safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive and efficient atmosphere
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
- Support digital ordering and payment systems including digital tips
- Uphold Chipotle's mission and values in all customer and team interactions
