- prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
- engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- work collaboratively with team members to support restaurant operations
- follow Chipotle’s guidelines and standards to uphold quality and consistency
- participate in training to continually improve skills and knowledge
