Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Prepare and cook food by hand following Chipotle’s standards
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Work as a collaborative team member to meet daily operational goals
- Assist in the training and development of new crew members
- Support Chipotle’s commitment to food safety and quality standards
