Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to learn and take instruction
- comply with health and safety regulations
- pass background check if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare food fresh by hand every day
- work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- create a friendly atmosphere and deliver exceptional customer service

- maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- contribute to a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues
