Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting of 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use headset to take customer orders and give or receive direction
- Ability to use general restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
- Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
- Ability to react productively to change and handle other tasks assigned
- Ability to complete all applicable training programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold, or other elements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow direction and work well with others
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
