Whether you have worked as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, prep cook, or have no previous experience, Chipotle values passion and enthusiasm. The company is eager to welcome team members who bring a friendly attitude, a passion for helping and serving others, and a genuine desire to learn to cook and contribute positively to the team.

Chipotle offers competitive compensation starting at $15.75 to $16.75 per hour plus digital tips and a comprehensive benefits package. The company supports its employees' professional growth and well-being through programs like tuition assistance, free food during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and flexible full-time and part-time opportunities. Beyond compensation and benefits, Chipotle emphasizes a people-first approach rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a welcoming workplace for all qualified applicants.

Joining Chipotle means becoming part of a forward-thinking organization that values sustainability, quality, and community.
