- prepare real food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- promote teamwork and support fellow crew members
- follow safety and quality standards
- engage with customers to enhance their experience
