This opportunity is specifically for the position of Full-Time Crew Member at a Wendy's franchise operated by WKS Restaurant Group. Wendy's is a well-known fast-food chain celebrated for its fresh, made-to-order square-shaped hamburgers, quality ingredients, and friendly customer service. As a crew member, the primary goal is to provide service and guest courtesy that exceed customer expectations, often referred to as 'wow! Service.' The role requires the ability to operate in a fast-paced, organized manner, ensuring that quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met to enhance the overall customer experience.
A crew member at Wendy's greets customers warmly and is capable of performing suggestive sales while answering customers' questions about the menu and products. The role involves accurately recording customer orders and managing the flow of guests in the serpentine queue area to maintain smooth service. Crew members are responsible for selecting and assembling food items from serving or storage areas onto trays or takeout bags, and serving cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts.
Handling payments, assisting customers with inquiries or complaints, and ensuring the availability of raw food stock at the proper preparation stations are also key responsibilities. Additionally, one is expected to assist in food preparation duties and to maintain orderly eating and serving areas, all while adhering strictly to the company’s policies and procedures.
