Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- pass a background check if required
- have legal authorization to work in the united states
- physically able to perform duties including standing, lifting, and moving
- reliable and punctual
- good customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- greet customers and take food orders accurately
- prepare and assemble food items according to Wendy's quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
- operate cash register and handle customer payments

- support team members and communicate effectively
- assist with inventory and stock management
