Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use headset and operate restaurant equipment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to perform multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to follow directions and apply policies and procedures
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and take orders via headset or register
- Prepare menu items following quality and safety standards
- Handle cash register transactions accurately
- Load stock and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as fryers, warmers, slicers, and grills
- Support opening and closing duties efficiently
