Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use headset and operate restaurant equipment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, heat, and cold

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Ability to follow directions and apply policies and procedures
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and take orders via headset or register
  • Prepare menu items following quality and safety standards
  • Handle cash register transactions accurately
  • Load stock and replenish supplies as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as fryers, warmers, slicers, and grills
  • Support opening and closing duties efficiently
