Job Requirements
- Must be willing and able to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Must be able to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Must follow brand standards and guidelines
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to help others

- Must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in the food service industry is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare food items following Wendy's brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist fellow crew members during busy times
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
