Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as register, headset, and grill
- Willingness to follow all brand standards and safety guidelines
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fast food or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to adhere to food safety regulations and corporate policies
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute proactively
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as standing and moving for long periods
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders accurately
- Prepare food and beverages following Wendy's quality and safety standards
- Operate cash registers, headsets, and other restaurant equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and work areas
- Assist team members and support a positive work environment
- Follow brand standards to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Stand and move continuously throughout the shift
