Job Requirements
- ability to come to work promptly and regularly
- ability to take direction and work well with others
- ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames
- ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
- ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks assigned
- ability to complete all applicable training programs
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)
- ability to use headset to take customer orders or to take or give direction
- ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g., warmer, fryer, slicer, grill)
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in fast food or customer service is a plus but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Job Duties
- ensure all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
- maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
- prepare, portion, and serve hot food orders per customer requests
- stock, portion, and serve beverages
- operate cash register according to cash operations policies
- take orders from customers personally and from intercom system
- assist in prepping restaurant for opening and closing
