Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

- Desire to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand every day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Participate in training to develop skills and confidence in multiple roles
- Uphold company standards for quality and consistency
