This position is for a Crew Member at a Wendy's franchise location situated at 5457 Gumtree Rd, Winston Salem, NC. The Crew Member role is integral to the restaurant's daily operations, requiring versatility and the ability to work across multiple stations. Typically, a crew member is cross-trained to handle at least three different stations, enabling flexibility to meet the demands of varying sales volumes and shift requirements. The role demands strong interpersonal skills as crew members are the front line of customer interaction, greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Crew members are also responsible for food preparation and service, adhering strictly to Wendy's sanitation and safety procedures. This position involves physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
