Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods

- Ability to use headset and restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
- Multi-task and take initiative without waiting to be told what to do
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in food preparation and order taking
- Operate restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, slicers, and headsets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently
