As a crew member at Wendy's under the WKS Restaurant Group umbrella, you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, taking their orders accurately, recommending menu items, and ensuring smooth customer flow by managing staging areas. The position also involves preparing food items, assembling orders, serving beverages and desserts, and handling payments. You will assist customers with questions or complaints, maintain the cleanliness of eating and serving areas, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance eligibility beginning the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
