Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Commitment to following brand standards and guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and take orders accurately
- Prepare and serve menu items following Wendy's brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment including registers, headsets, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist with cash handling and transaction processes
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workplace
