Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment like registers and grills
- Commitment to following brand standards and maintaining restaurant cleanliness
- Willingness to help teammates and support customers
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or fast food is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Prepare menu items according to Wendy's brand standards and guidelines
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow food safety and sanitation policies
