As a Full-Time Crew Member at Wendy's, your primary mission will be to provide service and guest courtesy that exceeds customer expectations with "wow! service." You will greet customers warmly, answer their product questions, and engage in suggestive selling to enhance their dining experience. Taking accurate customer orders and managing them efficiently is another key responsibility to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for staging customers in the serpentine area to maintain a smooth customer flow, selecting food items from serving or storage areas, assembling these items properly, and serving cold drinks, hot beverages, and desserts with care.

Handling payments accurately and assisting customers with any questions or complaints will be part of your daily duties, further contributing to a positive guest experience. You will also play a role in inventory management by retrieving raw food stock and placing it appropriately for preparation. Preparing food items properly and maintaining orderly eating and serving areas are crucial to uphold Wendy's quality and cleanliness standards. Adhering strictly to all company-issued policies and procedures is essential for safety, compliance, and maintaining the brand's reputation.

The position is tailored for individuals with minimal prior experience or training, making it an excellent entry-level opportunity. While a high school diploma is preferred, it is not mandatory, emphasizing Wendy's commitment to offering career development opportunities for motivated candidates. The job requires basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, as well as the ability to follow simple instructions and interact effectively with customers and team members.

This role also involves some physical demands, such as standing, walking, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds. Employees may be exposed to high heat and cooking materials typical of fast-food kitchens. The position requires candidates to be at least 16 years old, with exceptions only under specific authorizations.
