The role available is an entry-level Crew Member position, designed for individuals passionate about service and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience. Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- have legal authorization to work in the job location
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- be capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks
- willingness to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to safety and food handling guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- enthusiasm for learning and cooking
- passion for providing excellent customer service
- prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily, operate grill station
- manage cashier duties and process customer transactions
- prepare ingredients and maintain prep stations
- create salsas and other menu components
- ensure food quality and freshness with no use of freezers or microwaves
- provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness and safety standards
