Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- physical ability to stand and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
- legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- passion for helping and serving others
- willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- ability to communicate effectively
- previous experience in customer service or food industry is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare food by hand following Chipotle’s quality standards
- operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- support efforts to promote sustainable food practices
- participate in training and development programs
