Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn cooking and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to uphold company values and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or fast-casual restaurants is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Passion for food preparation and customer service
- Team-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Assist team members and collaborate effectively to meet restaurant goals
- Follow safety and food handling regulations
- Participate in training sessions to develop cooking and service skills
- Support the shift supervisors and management as needed
