Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Able to work full or part-time shifts
  • Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Able to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for helping and serving others
  • Desire to learn and develop cooking skills
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the workplace
  • Basic food handling knowledge preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day
  • Provide friendly and exceptional customer service
  • Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Support team members and collaborate to create a positive work environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Follow all food safety and operational procedures
  • Participate in training programs to develop new skills
