Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Able to work full or part-time shifts
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Desire to learn and develop cooking skills
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the workplace
- Basic food handling knowledge preferred
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day
- Provide friendly and exceptional customer service
- Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Support team members and collaborate to create a positive work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Follow all food safety and operational procedures
- Participate in training programs to develop new skills
